Tour From Bali - Yogyakarta - Orangutan (Pangkalan Bun)
This Orang Utan tour package is tour package combined Borobudur Tour and Orang utan Tour, special designed for you who want to visit Yogyakarta/Jogja to visit Sultan Palace, Prambanan temple and Borobudur Temple as the main tourist attraction. With starting from Bali to Yogyakarta and that's from Semarang to get flight to Pangkalan Bun, Borneo Kalimantan. The detail tour itinerary as followed:
DAY 01 ARRIVAL YOGYAKARTA
Meeting service at airport and direct transfer to your hotel for overnight.
DAY 02 PRAMBANAN TOUR- YOGYAKARTA SIGHTSEEING TOUR
Depart in the morning to visit Prambanan temple. Back to hotel for overnight and Yogyakarta City Tour visiting Sultan Royal Palace, Ngasem Bird Market, Water Castle (Taman Sari), Batik Home Industry and Silverwork at Kotagede.
DAY 03 BOROBUDUR YOGYA SIGHTSEEING TOUR
Morning Borobudur tours included Pawon & Mendut Temple and than Return to hotel. Transfer to Semarang overnight in a hotel in Semarang
DAY 04 PANGKALAN BUN - KUMAI - PARK
Upon arrival at Pangkalan Bun Airport you will be picked up by our local staff and take you to Kumai to board on the boat. The boat is a traditional Klotok wooden river boat about 12m by 2.5m with a roof which forms the upper deck where you can view the rain forest as it glides by. The guide's team includes the boatman, a cook and expert guide. In the peaceful afternoon we will slowly explore the quite river by the klotok while observe the monkeys along the riverside. Dinner and overnight on the boat. simple mattress, pillow, fine meals, bottled "mineral" water, mosquito net, kitchen, simple toilet available on boat besides the familiar - helpful guides and boatmen, or spend the night at the lodge near by the river (L, D).
DAY 05 PARK - CAMP LEAKEY - BOAT/LODGE
After breakfast board the klotok to travel up river for about 2½ hours boating and then up a side creek to Camp Leakey where the older orangutans are reintroduced into the rain forest and also known as research center for Orangutan. Trekking through tropical rain forest searching for wildlife, wild orangutan, birds and other rain forest animals as well as tropical jungle plant. Back to the boat for lunch then witness feeding time at 14.00 pm for old rehabilitation orangutan given additional foods. Overnight on the boat or at Rimba Lodge. (B,L,D).
DAY 06 PARK - PONDOK TANGGUY - CAMP LEAKEY OR PESALAT - BOAT/LODGE
After breakfast board the klotok to travel up the river for Pondok Tanguy, the rehabilitation center for the new ex-captive orangutans, see feeding time at 09.00am. Afterward is your free choice You can take the 2nd visit at camp Leakey or continuing the trip to Pesalat replantation camp, See the process of re plantation project or take this opportunity to hike at forest. (For additional we could arrange the night walking on this place searching for nocturnal animal or blowing mushroom.) Free afternoon program, we could visit village near by the park. During night, boat down the river to see firefly along ninah palm mangrove ( depend to the weather). Overnight on the boat or at Rimba Lodge. (B,L,D).
DAY 07 BOAT/LODGE - PANGKALAN BUN - Transfer to airport
Free morning program until time transfer to Kumai then to Pangkalan Bun
